Hurt is flashing across your face,

as you followed her gaze,

just to see her looking for another man,

you couldn´t make her stay.

What The World Means To Me

When someone asks me why I love traveling so much I reply with this:

I am on constant search for myself and I have the feeling that every country has a part of me and I need to visit each country to put the pieces together and figure out who I truly am.


So here is a list with the countries I´ve been to and what I feel about them in a word.

It may not make sense to anybody besides me, but that´s not the point. This is a list for me, I just happen to share it with a worldwide audience.

My friends roommate

What Drives Me Insane 

about my friends roommate:

The thoughts of nautics make you ramble,

though your arrogance is obnoxious.

The way you gave her chocolate,

but knock it off with your real girlfriend over text.

When you open your bonny mouth 

and all ever comes out is toxic.

The way my head fit in your neck,

whilst we loathed each other.

Nice choice of having Matilda on VCR,

but you are on odds with me about Harry Potter.

The way you drew circles on my hand,
but opted for bragging.

Dine and wine another one,

but your green-eyed monster is always evidently.

Agreeing on Co-Existence,

but secretly wanting more.

A Date with myself

Sometimes society tricks us in believing crazy and ridiculous things.
There are unwritten rules that it´s not acceptable to (especially as a girl) go alone in a club, travel the world alone, let alone have a date with themselves in a mild-fancy restaurant.
But why? Why are they titled as weird, reckless or pathetic?
I´ll tell you, we are not. We are not weird, we are not reckless and particularly not pathetic.
We just don´t always have to depend on someone. We make our own rules and live by them.
And we are happy with that (most of the time).

This is not me trying to say that I don´t like going on dates with guys (even though I´ve never been to one which was considered as a proper date), I do like hanging out with them. But NOT all the time.
I enjoy being alone. I LOVE being alone. It gives me time to think or not think at all. I´m able to space out, not having the feeling being judged and can simply embrace things how they come

So here are some pictures of one of my favorite restaurants in Seville - L`Ova Giulvia
It´s very convenient located (right behind the cathedral and you can stroll afterwards through Santa Cruz.
Let me just say, the service and the food was extraordinary!

So so yummy and definitely to recommend.

I had:

olives and bread as a starter,

a lovely Tinto de Verano (my favorite drink at the moment)

and Spaghettis with homemade Pesto!

The prices are reasonable and definitely worth it!

Flamenco Fashion Show - Sevilla

Recently I´ve been invited to a Flamenco Fashion Show.

I´ve never been to one before, but am really interested in Fashion, hence me agreeing joyfully.

It was hosted by 'We Love Flamenco' and took place in the Alfonso XIII Hotel 

(one of the most gorgeous Hotels I´ve ever been to!)

So these are some dresses you might see during the famous Semana Santa!

(Inconveniently, my Autofocus broke just that day, so it was very very difficult to snap sharp and in focus pictures. I truly apologize for that, 

I know for myself these are definitely not the best pictures I´ve ever taken.

But if you have followed my blog for a bit, you´ll know I´m usually able to shoot better pictures haha.

Anyways, I still wanted to show y´all the pictures, just so y´all could get an impression on how Flamenco dresses can be worn.)

My favorite was the red dress, the one in the middle! :)

I had an absolutely blast! 

It was completely new land to me, but I loved it.

I´m looking forward to many more fashion shows in the future!

A sunny walk by the River with Lena

Last month, Lena (a really good friend I made here in Seville) and I took a stroll down by the River. It has some fantastic views and nice little bars along the way! If you ever think of going to Seville, make sure take a bit time off and just enjoy the water and the sun. xx

Oysho Haul

My favorite store in Spain is by far Oysho! I really love this store and every time I step a foot into it I want to buy the whole place! 

Unfortunately that is not possible, since I don´t have the money for it.

I wouldn't say Oysho is on the pricier side, rather somewhere in the middle. 

But if you buy after christmas or after summer they have some pretty good deals!

So here are my latest bargains:

I´m aware they are all quite in winterly (well besides the sports bra), I probably use them more in Germany than I will in Spain haha

Obviously they´re all from Oysho, go have a look on their website and maybe you´ll find something cute for you as well!
